Q: Do you have a Personal Recording Studio?

A: The answer is Yes.  I record, edit and produce from my Personal Recording Studio at home.  Allowing me the convenience of delivering projects in a timely manner.

Depending on the length of the project, my turn around time can be within 24-48 hours.

Q: What are your rates?

A: I maintain quality standards and rates.  While I have preset fees, I welcome negotiations. Reach out to me with your budget, and I will send you a free, no-obligation quote.

Q: Are you able to do directing sessions or have a phone patch?

A: Yes, I can be ISDN, Source Connect, and Ipdtl Ready.    I can be reached via SKYPE or Zoom.

Q: How do you send the files?

A: I send files as a wav or an mp3.  I also deliver files via FTP/Dropbox, or most any other source you prefer.

Q: What kind of payment do you accept?

A: I accept PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, and direct deposit. In addition, I require 50% payment up front with the remaining fee paid upon completion of the project.

Who we are

Our website address is: https://www.moniquebagwell.com.  It is a personal website to provide information on the services we offer.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We do not collect any personal date other than what WordPress may do in order to operate it’s pages in the website.  We do not collect or retain any sensitive data.  The only data may be from the comments section as a means of communicating directly with you about the services you are inquiring about.  This data would not be distributed or shared with any third party. Information that may be collected would be contact information if you provide to us when you reach out to us the CONTACT page. This information may be used for future correspondence with you should you choose to give active consent.  If you choose to no longer accept correspondence from us, then your request would be respected, and your data deleted from our contact list.

User’s should be aware that personal data is not just created by a user’s interactions with our site. Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds.

By default WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. However some of our plugins may collect personal data.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site WordPress by default collects the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

By default, WordPress does not include a contact form. We use a contact form plugin, that we keep contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics

By default WordPress does not collect any analytics data. However, many web hosting accounts collect some anonymous analytics data. We may have installed a WordPress plugin that provides analytics services.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with any third party. By default WordPress does not share any personal data with anyone.

How long we retain your data

In the event we keep your personal data, if would be six months for Contact Form entires., We do not retain any other information knowingly such as analytic data.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

This site does not support any accounts.  However, if you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
